Description

  • 1 huge banana, peel, sliced frozen
  • ¼ cup cashews, uncooked
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup chopped, pitted dates (i.e., Medjool)
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¾ cup plant-based milk (i.e., soy, coconut, or almond)


Directions

  1. Peel banana, slice, position in a container, and freeze. It takes 2-3 hours to freeze banana slices, so it’s possible you’ll wish to do that step the day ahead of.
